These Golf Carts are rented by COAST TO COAST BEACH RENTALS and are designed and fabricated for pleasure cruising ONLY.
Golf carts may only be operated by persons with a valid driver’s license and valid copy of insurance. Expired insurance will not be accepted.
Golf carts are motor vehicles and most traffic laws apply to their operation — including, seat belt, open container and DWI laws.
DO NOT drive on any public sidewalk, pedestrian walkway, playground, public park, school ground, or other public recreational area not designated for motor vehicle traffic. Golf carts are not permitted on the beach and are not permitted off of the Island (TX or GA)
While the golf cart is in motion, the driver and every other occupant of a golf cart must remain seated in a seat designed to hold passengers. 4 seat = max 4 people. 6 seat = max 6 people. 8 seat = max 8 people.
Golf carts must move to the right and yield the right of way to faster moving vehicles.
The rented vehicle must be driven on South Padre Island streets and St. Simons Islands street only. Vehicles may not be driven over or on the causeway, or on the beach.
ANY VEHICLE THAT IS DRIVEN ON THE BEACH IS SUBJECT TO LOSE DEPOSIT
